The Columbia Basin Regional Advisory Committee held a webinar featuring a presentation by George Penfold on the Range of Impacts and Benefits of the Columbia River Treaty on Basin Communities, the Region and the Province (2012). Twenty of the thirty-seven Committee members attended, along with representatives from the B.C. Ministry of Energy and Mines, the Columbia River Treaty Local Governments’ Committee and BC Hydro.
