What was this engagement about?
The Ministry of Transportation and Infrastructure invited the public to complete a brief online survey regarding the services that it provides. Everyone who uses our roads, highways and ports was invited to participate. In addition to the online survey, ministry staff conducted in-person surveys across the province. These surveys are performed annually.
How can my contribution make a difference?
The feedback received helps the ministry focus its efforts and resources by identifying what works well and what needs improvement.
