From November 29, 2013 to January 24, 2014, the Province conducted province-wide consultation and engagement to seek input about safety and speed limits on B.C.’s rural highways as part of the Rural Highway Safety and Speed Review.
ICBC, the Insurance Corporation of British Columbia, is partnering with Ministry of Transportation and Infrastructure to support this Rural Highway Safety and Speed Review and ongoing safety improvements for B.C. drivers.
The consultation period is now closed. Thank you for your participation.
Once complete, the consultation summary report summarizing input received during the consultation will be posted on this site.
Public input, along with information gained through the technical review of provincial highways, will be used to identify and prioritize proposed highway and safety improvements.
