Currently, student progress is reported in many different ways, including report cards, parent teacher meetings and regular student/parent/teacher check-ins. Government asked parents to share their thoughts on report cards and all types of progress reporting online or by visiting a community open house.
 
Community open houses were held in 11 locations around the province. These 3 hour sessions were drop-in between 5 and 7 p.m. followed by brainstorming workshop from 7 to 8 p.m. Below is a record of the events that took place during the engagement:
