What is this engagement about?
The Ministry of Transportation and Infrastructure annually invites the public to complete a brief survey regarding the services that it provides. Everyone who uses our roads, highways and ports is asked to participate. The 2021 Customer Satisfaction Survey is open for online input. (It was deferred to Summer 2021, due to the COVID-19 pandemic)
How can my contribution make a difference?
The feedback received helps the ministry focus its efforts and resources by identifying what works well and what needs improvement.
