What is this engagement about?

The Organic Matter Recycling Regulation (OMRR) governs the construction and operation of compost facilities, and the production, distribution, storage, sale and use of biosolids and compost. The OMRR is undergoing a comprehensive review to ensure it remains protective of human health and the environment. The 2018 Intentions Paper is available for review. We welcome comments regarding the information outlined in this paper. Those interested are invited to submit comments by following the instructions below. Responses received by November 8, 2018 will be considered in preparing the proposed revisions to the regulation.
