The Ministry of Transportation and Infrastructure is proposing to replace the existing George Massey Tunnel with a new, eight-lane immersed tube tunnel. Early Engagement is the first phase in the Environmental Assessment process and provides an opportunity for Indigenous groups, the public, and stakeholders to learn more about the proposed project and provide comments.
