The draft Section 11 Agreement contains overarching commitments, measures and strategies for the recovery of all Southern Mountain Caribou herds in B.C.<\/p>\n<p>The B.C. government, the federal government, West Moberly and Saulteau First Nations have been negotiating an Inter-Governmental Partnership Agreement for the Conservation of the Central Group of the Southern Mountain Caribou (\u201cPartnership Agreement\u201d).<\/p>\n<p>The draft Partnership Agreement applies to the Central Group herds of Southern Mountain Caribou only.
