The work on addressing affordable housing in B.C. has already begun.

There have already been conversations about housing with the provincial government on topics like rental housing, poverty reduction, money laundering in real estate and accessibility. The themes we heard during those public engagements are available to the panel for their background and understanding.

This expert panel is tasked with specifically looking at housing supply, meaning what can be done to ensure there are more homes available for purchase or rental and what things can we all do to get more people into the housing market.
