Community Benefits Agreement

Work on the Pattullo Bridge Replacement Project will be done under the Community Benefits Agreement (CBA). The CBA will deliver good-paying jobs, better training and apprenticeships, and more trades opportunities for Indigenous people, women, people with disabilities, and youth around the province.

BC Infrastructure Benefits Inc.

BC Infrastructure Benefits (BCIB) is the new Crown corporation that will be the employer of all workers on projects under the CBA. BCIB will provide greater opportunity to workers traditionally underrepresented in the skilled trades, including Indigenous people, women, people with disabilities, and youth, which will help ensure the province can meet today’s and tomorrow’s skilled workforce needs.
