The blog is now closed for further comment.<\/p>\n<p>We appreciate you taking the time to tell us what\u2019s important to you when it comes to water pricing. Over the coming month we\u2019ll be reviewing the over 130 blog comments and email submissions that came in during the last four weeks.\u00a0 Your feedback on the principles will help us as we develop fee and rental options that will be presented to Government for decision later this year.<\/p>\n<p>A new fee and rental schedule will eventually be included in an updated Water Regulation \u2013 one of the key regulations that will need to be revised\u00a0 should the proposed <a href=\"http:\/\/www.leg.bc.ca\/40th2nd\/1st_read\/gov18-1.htm\"><i>Water Sustainability Act<\/i> (Bill 18)<\/a> be passed.\u00a0 Follow the <a href=\"http:\/\/www.leg.bc.ca\/40th2nd\/votes\/progress-of-bills.htm\">progress of Bill 18<\/a> which is now being debated in the Legislative Assembly.
