Drought and Water Scarcity Response Plan<\/a>\u201d and its companion, \u201c<a href=\"https:\/\/www2.gov.bc.ca\/assets\/gov\/environment\/air-land-water\/water\/drought-info\/dealing_with_drought_handbook.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Dealing with Drought: Handbook for Water Suppliers<\/a>\u201d.
