There were several ways to participate from October 7, 2019 to November 15, 2019:

1. Completing an online questionnaire
2. Youth under 19 years of age could complete a section of the online questionnaire. All youth must have the permission of their parent or guardian prior to sending feedback.
3. Youth could also mail their submissions.
4. Organizations, business and employers could make formal submissions by emailing childemployment@gov.bc.ca or by mailing.
