Child Care in B.C. – Parent Feedback

What was this engagement about?

As part of our on-going efforts to ensure the Childcare BC plan is meeting the needs of families, the Province asked for parents to share their experience with Childcare BC programs, along with how they access child care services.

The survey topics included the following:

• Awareness about government’s child care plan
• Engagement with the new initiatives
• Access to services
• Knowledge of education and training of child care providers

How will my contribution make a difference?

Feedback collected through out this engagement will help ensure Childcare BC is meeting the needs of families and may inform future service improvements.
