B.C. proposed amendments to the Court of Appeal Rules and civil forms. These changes are intended to:

- Improve access to justice for people in the B.C. Court of Appeal

The public was asked to review the White Paper for further information before submitting feedback.
Results
Public consultation on the amendments was held in 2019. The results were incorporated into the Court of Appeal Act in 2021.
