The BC Wildfire Service is committed to providing timely, reliable, and accessible wildfire information to people across British Columbia. As use of the app continues to grow, we want to better understand how people use it, which information they find most valuable, and where improvements can be made.
Through this survey, we hope to learn more about users’ experiences, information needs, and hear what is working and what can be improved. Feedback will help inform future enhancements to the BC Wildfire Service App and improve how wildfire information is delivered to the public.
