The Belleville Terminal Redevelopment Project proposes a safe, secure, state-of-the-art international gateway terminal for passengers and goods. The upgraded terminal will meet Canada’s obligations under the Canada-US Land, Rail, Marine, and Air Transport Preclearance Agreement. It will create a welcoming port of entry for tourists and business travelers. It will also help drive the regional, provincial, and national economies while supporting the social and cultural values of the people of British Columbia and Canada.
