Evergreen Rapid Transit Line Project
What was this engagement about?
The Evergreen Line is a new rapid transit line that connects Coquitlam to Vancouver via Port Moody and Burnaby. The Ministry of Transportation and Infrastructure completed a comprehensive multi-round engagement process with communities along the route alignment as well as with other key regional and provincial stakeholders and the public as the Evergreen Line Project.
All five rounds of public engagement planned for the Evergreen Line Project have been completed.

The Millennium Line Evergreen Extension is now open!
The Evergreen Extension is a significant expansion of our integrated transportation network, connecting the Tri-cities to the existing SkyTrain system, regional bus network, and West Coast Express.
With the opening of the Evergreen Extension on Dec. 2, 2016 Metro Vancouver now has the longest, fully-automated, driverless, rapid-transit system in the world.
The six new Millennium Line stations include Lafarge Lake–Douglas, Lincoln, Coquitlam Central, Inlet Centre, Moody Centre, and Burquitlam.
