Haney Bypass Project
Engagement Summary
The Province of B.C. and the Government of Canada are investing $22.3 million in the development and construction of the intersection improvements to the Haney Bypass. The project focused on the most critical areas of congestion along the Haney Bypass including Lougheed Highway east and west connections, Callaghan Road, and 227th Street. The project will help improve traffic flow along the Highway 7 corridor, while reducing collisions and improving pedestrian safety and multi-modal connectivity.
The public was invited to attend a drop-in information session to learn more about the intersection improvements to the Haney Bypass and through an online feedback form.
