Engagement Summary
The public and partners were asked to provide feedback on potential improvements to Highway 1 between Langley and Abbotsford. Upgrades could include:
- Additional 20 kilometres of high occupancy vehicle (HOV) lanes in both directions
- Truck staging, parking areas, and climbing lanes
- Changing or replacing existing interchanges
- Changing or replacing the Peardonville Road and Bradner Road underpasses
- Improves infrastructure for pedestrians, bikes, transit, electric vehicles, and car sharing
