Engagement Summary
The Province is gathering feedback through an Intentions Paper on a Coastal Marine Strategy. We are in the early stages of developing British Columbia’s first province-wide coastal marine policy with First Nations.
This comprehensive strategy will outline actions for healthy, resilient coastal marine ecosystems, community well-being and a sustainable ocean economy.
Please read and provide input on an Intentions Paper that outlines what we want to do and why. This Intentions Paper outlines key issues and possible policies that could achieve better outcomes for marine life and people.
