Engagement Summary
The Province gathered feedback through an Intentions Paper on a Coastal Marine Strategy. We are currently developing British Columbia’s first province-wide coastal marine policy with First Nations. This comprehensive strategy outlines actions for healthy, resilient coastal marine ecosystems, community well-being and a sustainable ocean economy.
The Intentions Paper outlined key issues and possible policies that could achieve better outcomes for marine life and people.
