Engagement Summary
Public feedback was sought on a Recreation Access Management Plan for the Mount Seymour properly commonly called the CMHC lands. The property has a variety of trails for hiking, mountain biking, and horse riders. These trails were created without authorization but are widely used and are recognized as valuable recreation spots for the public. These trails have no access by road but users gain access from nearby properties managed by BC Parks, Metro Vancouver, and the District of North Vancouver.

A management plan would develop the trail network into a cohesive and well-managed system.
The public was asked to share their feedback on these trails, including:
- How you use the current trail network
- What you value about these trails
- Barriers or areas of conflict
- Key priorities for the future
