On December 5, 2018, the provincial government released the CleanBC plan. This plan lays out a path to reduce pollution and build a cleaner future.

Government is developing a CleanBC Jobs Readiness Plan to help people seize opportunities as we move towards a cleaner economy. This plan will identify opportunities across the province for workers, industry, and businesses.

Gathering public input

This engagement was an opportunity for you to:

• Share your experience and ideas on how to create new jobs and training for a cleaner economy.
• Give input on specific local and regional workforce and skills development initiatives.
• Identify barriers in these areas.

All comments received will be read, reviewed and analyzed and will provide the foundation for CleanBC labour market planning taking place over the next year.
