Engagement Summary
People in B.C. will be better protected from the impacts of wildfires, flooding, and extreme heat through the actions included in the Climate Preparedness and Adaptation Strategy. Actions in the strategy were prioritized based on feedback from these engagements.
The draft strategy, and guiding principles, were developed together with input from the general public, Indigenous Nations, local governments and organizations throughout B.C. and built on climate adaptation work already done to date.
