The Columbia Basin Regional Advisory Committee received a presentation from BC Hydro on April 1, 2026 about the 2025 Flood Risk Operating Plan (FROP).
The purpose of the FROP is to describe the 3.6 million acre-feet pre-planned flood risk management operations at Arrow Lakes Reservoir including coordination with other operations under the Columbia River Treaty.
