For more information on CBRAC, click here.

The Sounding Board was a geographically balanced group of Columbia Basin residents with knowledge and/or experience with dam/reservoir planning and operations. They provided a Basin-wide perspective on Treaty related issues including key areas of interest identified by Basin residents during the Columbia River Treaty Review process.
