The Columbia Basin Regional Advisory Committee met virtually on Wednesday, September 29, 2021 to learn about BC Hydro’s operations in the Columbia Basin during dry years. BC Hydro is the Canadian Entity responsible for the implementation of the Columbia River Treaty and the operator of the Treaty dams in Canada.
