The Columbia Basin Regional Advisory Committee met virtually on Wednesday, November 3, 2021. The morning featured an update on Columbia River Treaty negotiations and related domestic governance and socio-economic interest initiatives. The afternoon featured a presentation about the United Nations Declaration on the Rights of Indigenous Peoples and the Declaration on the Rights of Indigenous Peoples Act. CBRAC members asked questions and engaged in thoughtful discussion throughout the meeting.
