The Columbia Basin Regional Advisory Committee met on October 4-5, 2023 in Rossland, BC. This was the first in-person meeting since May 2022 and was an important opportunity for committee members to re-connect on various aspects of the Columbia River Treaty modernization process. Members also heard from representatives from BC Hydro and the Province of BC about the lows levels on Arrow Lakes Reservoir that occurred during the summer and fall of 2023.
